Halogen headlights cause other drivers to think high beams are being used, this caused driver to crash, when driver of another vehicle, being driven in opposite direction, became enraged and flashed their high beams just at the right moment, blinding driver's view, possible design flaw causing the other vehicle's drivers problems visually.
