intake manifold leaks water front and back, truck wont start

this ford f150 will not start. got new starter, cleaned all ground wires ,clean and bought new battery ends got a water leak on the plactic intake manifold around the hose. that go's to the thermostat. and there is a leak in the back where the heater hose go's not sure but did they or did they not have a recall on the intake manifold?need help
