Spark plug blew out of head on a Ford lightning (completely stock, never modded). This issue is a known issue with 5.4L motors, and is a $2000-$3000 repair that typically happens after the manufacturers warranty is expired. Mine happened at 39,000mi.
While traveling on the highway without prior warning. The vehicle will shut down and vibrate please fill in additional information dealer is aware of the problem.
