Was driving vehicle 25mph on back road which was slightly to the left. Started turning steering wheel to follow road, and had no steering. Had to slam on brakes to stop, but vehicle failed to stop in time. Vehicle kept straight, and went up an embankment. This caused vehicle to flip over. Owner tried to brace himself by putting arm out, and vehicle rolled over owner's hand. Had emergency treatment. The pitman arm came loose from the steering box.
Consumer applied brake, pedal went to floor, no brake action. Dealer found pads worn/calipers need replacing. Left front had brake fluid leak, also consumer found brake shoe in driveway.
While consuemr was driving at about 30 mph had to make a sudden stop and back wheels locked up, no prior warnings. Contacted dealer, and dealer told consumer to bring the vehicle in.
Consumer was traveling about 15mph on side street and there was snow on ground, he went to apply brakes, and brakes locked up. Vehicle skidded, and hit a guardrail. Consumer wasn't injured, and Ford was notified.

Consumer was traveling about 50mph on highway and another vehicle stopped in front of her. She applied brakes and brakes locked up. She hit hit other vehicle in back. Dual airbags didn't deploy. She was injured. Dealership was aware of problem.
Vehicle experiencing intermittent loss of brakes, when applied at a low speed of 25 mph or less, and then reengaged. Dealer notified, and informed that was the way system was designed to operate. Brakes failure resulting in accident.
While turning into my driveway with brakes applied I lost power steering and power brakes totally, engine almost stalled. I immedialy put transmission in neutral and regained all power back. This happened to me twice. Will bring to dealer so the can document it.
While driving under wet weather conditions and upon applying brake pedal, brakes locked up, causing vehicle to slide. Vehicle has been in two accidents due to this problem. Dealer has been contacted.
