Was traveling when I notice that the truck locks were not working. I have this automobile due to the fact that once you start and take off the lock on there own. I have a few friends with the same truck and we all are having the same problem. Talked to the dealer and they stated that it was nothing wrong, but I am still having problems with the keyless entry not working to unlock or lock the doors. It's like the motors on both doors is bad at the same time.
While exiting the left back door of vehicle, consumer's pant leg caught on the bottom door latch located just below the back floorboard, consumer fell to floor with pant leg still caught on hoop of floorboard, consumer was wearing properly fitted clothes and sustained major injuries to the leg where a cast has been worn for 12 weeks, consumer may not have a 100% recovery.
While driving on the highway travelling 65mph, child was able to reach over and unlock the passenger's door. Contacted dealer, and he was not able to fix the problem. Owner was told that if he wanted the work done, he would have to get the vehicle modified by a local repair shop.
