Consumer stated when vehicle was in reverse there was a noise, consumer got out to see if he had run over something, but did not see anything, he put the vehicle back into reverse and that is when he lost all steering, consumer got out the vehicle again and that is when he noticed the tie rod come off and was sticking through the wheel of the truck.
Consumer states while pulling into a parking lot the left front tie rod broken and causes loss of steering. Dealer and the manufacturer were notified. Feel free to provide any further information.
Tie rod end came apart at joint while driving, lost control of vehicle went off right side of road;then, completely across the oncoming lane before stopping. I have the part. I would like to know if this has happen before with this type of truck.
While driving at a low rate of speed the consumer lost control of the vehicle due to tie rod failure, the vehicle could not be moved frontward or backwards because bot front wheels were pointed inward.
Took vehicle to dealer which is when tie rod broke in half. Mechanic pulled vehicle in and that is when the tie rod broke in half, consumer also states that the left ball joint broke. Jlg
While driving bolt that holds the tie rod together broke. There is not steering. This is the second time bolt has snapped and broke. Took to dealer, problem has not been remedied as of yet. Please provide any further information, and vehicle identification number.

Front inner tie rods on right side broke while vehicle was parked. Consumer has taken vehicle twice before to dealer, and the dealer still did not do anything for consumer taken it again to dealer. Consumer stated there is a noise in front end when steering wheel is being turned, there is a noise when attempting to start engine, headlights stay on until the parking brake is applied, engine is using 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles, the dealer replaced the outer tie rod ends.
Driver's side inner tie rod was replaced / repaired six months ago by dealer. Currently, problem has reoccurred with same tie ro. Dealer notified. Feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
