The front left tie rod broke, which caused loss of steering. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for repairs.. the dealer replaced all 4 tie rods. The rotors were replaced which caused the vehicle to vibrate when the brakes were applied.

When appyling brakes, brake pad will rub against rotor, causing the rotors to warp. Consumer states while applying brakes, the front right wheel grabbed making a thumping noise causing the surface of the rotor to flake. The flaking chewed the brake pads excessively. Rotors had to replaced.

While having brakes serviced technician noticed corrosion on rotors. Technician tried twice to remove corrosion off rotors, and corrosion could not be removed. Dealer replaced rotors.

Braking system malfunctioned due to a defective brake rotor which cause extended stopping distance. Also had a recall for the throttle and the james hodge Ford (1800-675-5447) claimed they did the recall repairs, and gave driver an invoice. Banother Ford dealer stated the previous deale R did not fix the part that was on recall which may have caused a crash.
