The paint on the roof of my truck bubbled up and eventually erupted and the paint has flaked off in huge (2") pieces. It now leaks during heavy rain storms. I've had it professionally repainted twice and they say they've never seen anything do this before. I can't afford to keep having it professionally done so now I do it myself. Sand, rust prohibitor, bondo, primer, and paint. It lasts about 9 months to a year then repeat the process. Starting to see signs of the same thing on the door and hood.
