The transmission chatters (vibrates) when shifting if the out side temperature falls below 45 degres F. I have to let up on the accelerator and alow it to shift before I can contine to accelerate. Turning off the overdrive has no effect on this. the fluid does not smell bad nor is it discollored. In warm weather it shifts fine. and it does it no matter how hard or nice you drive it.
