Bought the 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac in fall 2006 and have about 45,000 miles on vehicle. Realized coolant leaks in driveway, took vehicle to the dealership and was told it's due to a cracked radiator.

Of course it's an out of pocket expense since its over the 36,000 / 3 yr bumper-to-bumper warranty timeframe.

Sucks big time!

Explorer Sport Trac Limited V8

I purchased the vehicle nine months ago, used with less than 30,000 miles, have kept up with maintenance, oil changes. Radiators should not crack and need to be replaced on a 2 year old vehicle. In my opinion this issue was present at the time that I purchased it, unfortunately, I am not that savvy about cars and did not recognize the signs. I feel that the dealership or ford should be responsible for the repair.
