3 days after purchase, entire vehicle was covered in rust.Took vehicle back and all they did was a "clay treatment".This vehicle was taken back 11 times within the first 2 months for problems for 11 problems that were never corrected and numerous repairs had to be done out of my own pocket while said vehicle was under all warranty. This vehicle was purchased at World Ford,15551 South Dixie Highway,Miami Florida,33157.Worst customer service. They claimed to have no General Manager or any other Managers.Numerous people were irate and protesting the bussiness for years. The dealership was even reported on the news channels and newspaper for poor service and selling "bad"vehicle's.2 separate customers drove their vehicles (crashed) in to the dealership front entrance in protest and the place was even firebombed by another. They later changed the name to Gus Machado Ford.
