My Explorer was only 6 months old when I was driving on the interstate and the transmission went out. It has been at the dealership for a month. It needs a transmission and they are back order for an unknown amount of time. I have been trying to get Ford to do a buy back but have not gotten anywhere. I am so fed up. I’m paying for a new car that I can’t even drive. It’s only 7 months old and Ford should take the dang thing back and fix it right before selling to someone!
