When the outside temperature is below 60F and/or driving over bumps as small as highway joints, the driver side dash will squeak. I can replicate by simply pushing on the dash while sitting still in cool/cold weather conditions as well. Ford service department states they can't replicate, to me that means they didn't drive the vehicle on the road, just around the parking lot. I've had the vehicle in twice to have this looked at. Only 1,000 miles left on warranty for manufacturing defects, of which I believe this is one. Going to take it back one more time to get looked at.
