The contact stated that after the heavy rain passed when they were placing items in the back seat, they noticed that water was in the cup holder. The contact discovered a crack in the sunroof allowing water to enter the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure recurred multiple times. The contact was concerned that there was no impact on the sunroof to have caused it to crack. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed with a cracked sunroof frame. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 99,000.
