Internal water pump failure only good thing is the water leak out the seal. The bad thing it destroyed my AC also when opening the chamber, we found that the timing chain was also bad and the sprocket that hold the timing chain were broke. It a bad design when you have to take half the engine apart to fix this also the timing chain should never run a water pump. I was lucky my boyfriend brothers did the labor for free. So, they believe that the serpentine belt that Ford does not check until like 150,000 mile might have been the problem since it had a little play so has not pulling enough. I always have my service done at Ford but will never again.
