Strong odor of raw/natural gas coming into the cabin. I thought at first it was the outside air coming in and I was possibly smelling other vehicles. I disregarded it at first. Then the next morning going to work, traffic was backed up and I began smelling it again. This time the odor was intense/horrible. I had to roll down my windows. When I entered a military installation gate, the gate guard also advised me he smelled gas coming from my vehicle. I immediately contacted my local Ford dealership. I was scheduled for an appointment to bring my vehicle in. Day one...still trying to diagnosis what is causing the gas odor. And of course the technician was not able to smell the odor at this time. They are holding my car over night to further test it in the morning. I'm still waiting on the results. I see a lot of folks complaining about this same issue. I'm hoping they find out what the cause is and problem fix the problem. I'm worried about possible the car catching on fire, or I may pass out while driving it.
