Touch screen is frozen. No Sirius radio. no navigation, no radio except for AM, no heated seats. I wish I never bought this vehicle. I have emailed and called Ford customer service and they will not give me any information why the back order. It has now been 3 weeks.
Update from Oct 31, 2016: My air conditioner and heater does not work in the back 2 rows.
