The windshield wipers both front and rear would just turn on randomly without activating the switch. It was so annoying that the wipers turned on while the sun is shining then wouldn't turn off until I turn the switch rapidly back and forth. I talked to the Ford dealership but they would not do anything about it because they couldn't make it happen.

Really? Why would I or anyone else for that matter lie about a switch not working!
