This is the fourth set of Rear Brakes I have gone through with this explorer. The Calipers are a known issue. I have read numerous issues all over the WEB. And it is extremely annoying to the fact that they have to be repaired and watched continuously. I have replaced both rear calipers once already at about 35,000 miles. Now it is just an endless replacement of the pads and cleaning of the calipers. It also kills the gas mileage as the brakes are never releasing properly. Ford engineering is terrible.
