The "crack in the seam" caused water to leak in the the back of my vehicle and standing water in the spare tire wheel well caused MOLD and MILDEW to grow in the vehicle. The smell was SO BAD that I could not longer drive the car without getting a headache. The dealership fixed the "crack in the seam" but will not replace the moldy/mildewed carpet. Complaint sent to General manager of dealership, he offered to sell me a new Explorer. NO THANKS! Complaint to FORD Customer Relations. They referred me to the Service Manager @ the dealership. POOR workmanship caused this issue. POOR customer service will cause me to complain on every forum that I can find, all social media sites AND word of mouth - DON'T BUY FORD - they do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! HORRIBLE customer service.
