I bought a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. I used the GPS system in the car and it nearly cost me my life. I ended up going down a road...which ended up not being a road. I nearly rolled the car and caused $9000 worth of cosmetic damage to the car. My insurance is covering all of the coverage apart form the rental car. I was put in a rental car by Groove Ford in Centennial,CO. I filed a complaint with the company and all I wanted was them to pay for the rental car for the 20 days that it'll take for my car to be fixed. Because I put the claim into my insurance they are refusing to help me with any compensation. After all it was their GPS system that took e down the "so called" road. I feel that FORD doesn't car about me as a customer. My husband was going to buy another car from Ford too, but that won't be happening. I feel they were wrong!!
