We were driving on the highway when we started to notice some kind of rattling noise. We weren't sure where it was coming from, the next thing we noticed was the windshield trim come flying off the passenger side! Luckily there were no vehicles behind us, we could have easily started a serious accident. This is a serious defect and I'm surprised Ford hasn't recalled this yet. It seems to be an ongoing issue with this model. I'm finding complaints regarding the exact same issue from 2011-2014 explorer's. FORD WAKE UP!
