I have purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer car since April 2012 . Since that time I'm suffering frequent known manufacturing problems. That caused me to stop duties and forced to rent a car. Lack of coordination by the service center, cause a delay to recive the car back. Service Center recive the car on the first day, on the second or third day they examine the problems so on. Every day the car is sent to another maintenance section mechanics , electricity , bodyshop another day and so on .. These actions caused a huge delay with service provided to yuor customers Other reputable service centers preview takes place car at the same time and each will section be ready to receive the car and fix it in the fastest time possible. a maximum repair time 1 week. I can understand that there was a delay for spare parts but for known manufacuring problems should not exceed the 3days max. That delay in service too makes the customer upset to deal with you in future . therefore I requesting: To obtain compensation for the delay equals to the value of the rented vehicle in all the time I entered my car for maintenance due to technical problems Get a car rental in the coming times when the problem re occured.
