I just bought the truck. I was aware of the key/ignition problem after my initial test drive. The dealer would remove the console housing, push in the pin on the shifter, and the key would release. I assumed I would just do the same until I got tired of carrying a 7mm wrench. Five hours after getting the vehicle home, the key got stuck. I performed the above mentioned, and pulled the key. When I went to re start it and move the vehicle, the shifter would not engage and the key was stuck as well. WTF? This appears to be a common problem in multiple models. Its a shame Ford wont consider this a recall issue..
