Customer Satisfaction Program 13N03 does not cover my car even though the problem is happening to my make and model. I am under the mileage allowed to receive the extended warranty. However, the dealership has chosen just to clean the throttle body, while knowing it is an electronic problem. I see there are lawsuits by Explorer owners. Where can get in on a class action against FORD to replace the electronics needed. How do I go about report this happened prior to my 150000 miles?
