OK, here's my rant - every rainstorm I obviously avoid the puddles. Sometimes you just can't, or it's dark and they're hard to see. When I hit a puddle on the passenger side, the steering locks up. When I say "locks up", it's like I'm going back to the good old days when there was no such thing as power steering. After a certain amount of time (sometimes it's over a minute, other times its seconds), I hear what sounds like a belt squeaking and it comes back.
