I had the ignition switch assembly replaced under warranty in 2009 bc the key would get stuck in there and you couldn't get it back out. This time the dome light would come on whenever I hit a bump in the road and I initially thought it was related to the door- in fact if I opened and closed the driver door again the light would go out. Tonight I was driving (thankfully at low speeds bc I was coming up to a stop sign) and reached down to scratch my leg but when I did I brushed against the ignition key and the engine shut off- while the truck was moving the engine cut out. I'll call the dealer tomorrow but I wanted to post this tonight for the person whose dome lights are coming on when they hit a bump. I repeated the failure when I pulled into my driveway and found that if the key is moved less than what seems like a quarter inch towards the off position the engine will cut out and the interior lights will come on- the key is NOT in the off position nor it it even halfway to the off position. I'm grateful this didn't happen on the turnpike or at higher speeds! So, this is not a minor problem anymore, not a door latch sensor issue- it's a real and significant (and dangerous) issue. hopefully the dealer doesn't give me the usual 'owner is an idiot' attitude and there's a TSB buried in their files somewhere that relates to this. I like my truck and it's unfortunate that this ignition key issue still exists, even after the original was replaced. I would add that another family member has the Eddie Bauer model from the same year and they needed to have the ignition assembly replaced within a month or 2 of mine- also in 2009. I've already warned them that if the interior lights start coming on that the issue is more serious than it appears
