This is the second time that a wheel has fallen off within a year. In May of 2015 the left rear wheel fell off while I was driving. Now, on April 5, 2016 the front right wheel fell off while my wife was driving.
I now consider Ford a dangerous vehicle, and will tell everyone possible to stay away.
