According to the Ford service center, this was a manufacture default with the engine. The valve spring broke and dropped into a valve/piston and destroyed the entire engine. Ford would not help fix the problem, even though it was a manufacture defect. I have a 3 year old Ford with 80,000 miles that has a totally destroyed engine. There was no way for me to prevent it besides not buying a Ford!
