Was approaching a red light and applied brakes to stop. The brake pedal was hard and wouldn't depress. The ABS and Traction Control lights lit up and I continued through red light unable to stop fortunately no one was in front of me and no cross traffic. Now when the ABS and traction control lights are on I am able to stop. Had vehicle towed to the dealer and it was diagnosed as the front hubs. The hub bearings were so loose that the ABS sensor was not in proximity to the sensor ring. Dealer replaced hubs and vehicle is now functioning fine. This is definitely a safety issue that should not happen. Some one could get killed.
