Throttle is sticking in the close position, and upon depressing accelerator pedal, vehicle suddenly took off in full throttle. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer has replaced throttle body.
When brakes were applied vehicle suddenly and unexpectedly accelerated, resulting in a collision. Dealer has inspected vehicle, and has not been able to determine the cause of the sudden acceleration.

Consumer contacted dealer in reference to recalls 99V164000, hood latch; and 99V06200, speed control cable. Dealer stated parts were not available, refused to correct recall.
Consumer received recall 99V062000, speed control cable. Contacted dealer and no parts were available to remedy problem. *adjpoor coordination between manufacturer and dealer.no monetary remedy for lack of use of cruise control for 3 months.
When driving at 75 to 80 mph and applying the brakes, vehicle accelerated at high speed. When vehicle got down to 50 mph, consumer removed the cable from cruise control, put the vehicle into netural and turned off ignition, and coasted vehicle to side of the road. Then the vehicle came to a stop.
