When at a slow speed we lose our steering. We ahve changed the power steering pump thinking that was the problem but it did not fix it and that was a cost of almost $70 that we did not have. Tried to call Ford and ask them if they could give us ideas and all they want is for us to bring it in and let them look at it and pay more money out that we don't have. We bought the power steering pressure switch but have not been able to find it on ours and asked if they could help us locate that and again was told to make an appointment and let their tech look at it and that again means money we don't have. I am disabled and this is our only auto for me to get around and really need it fixed and we do most of our own repairs but this is giving us a lot of problems and we only need some ideas of what it could be so we can do all troubleshooting we can to fix it. Thank you
