RECEIVED VEHICLE FOR COMPLETE AUDIO SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AND PREP FOR RESALE. COOLANT TEMP GAUGE OPERATIONAL ~25% OF RUNNING TIME. RECEIVED WITH RADIATOR 2/3RDS FULL & RUST BUILD UP IN OVERFLOW. ABOVE 30% THROTTLE W/ AC/HEATING SYSTEM ON CABIN FILLS WITH BURNING SMELL - VERY CLOSELY RESEMBLES BURNING COOLANT SMELL. COMPRESSION TEST PERFECT, COOLANT GAS TEST RESULTED IN NO EMISSIONS GASES FOUND IN COOLING SYSTEM. REFILLED RADIATOR AND TEST DROVE FOR 1 WEEK (APPROX. 1063 MILES), RE-OPENED COOLED OFF COOLING SYSTEM AND RADIATOR AND FOUND RADIATOR TO AGAIN BE 2/3RDS FULL, NO EXHAUST GASSES PRESENT IN COOLING, AND NO SIGNS OF ISSUES IN COMPRESSION TEST. BEGAN PULLING APART ENGINE. FOUND 2 BAD HEAD GASKETS.
