Consumer states that when trying to apply the brakes they can hear a loud noise and the brake pedal will go to the floor causing the vehicle to have extended stopping distance. Dealer notified. Nlmthe ABS sensor went bad causing the front disc brake to wear quickly. There was a recall issued regarding the front sway bar links. Consuemr was charged for labor and parts. Also the front lower ball joints were replaced as well as the outer tie rods.
While driving at any speed and with no warning rear suspension will lean to left, and will cause the consumer to have steering problems. Dealer notified.
Vehicle was going 45mph and the passenger's side sway bar broke, causing vehicle to run off road. Consumer received a recall 00V4402000/ manufacturer's recall 00S47 in reference to same defect. Months later. Consumer was denied by dealer and manufacturer according to what the recall stated.

Consumer had the right front sway link replaced because it snapped, the left sway bar link was rusted to a point where it was close to breaking and was also replaced, consumer had repairs prior to recall 00S47, Ford did not give consumer full refund for repairs even though it says in the refund letter that full refunds would be given for those consumer's who replaced sway bar links prior to the date of the recall letter.
While traveling sway bar links broke. Recall 00V402000/ manufacturer's recall 00S47 for stabilizer bar didn't cover lower ball joint that broke. Dealer wouldn't cover what was caused by recall.
Consumer was driving at 55 mph in left lane, and there was a rattling noise. Consumer was forced into guardrail. Had no steering. Took vehicle to dealer, and they said it was sway bar.

While driving on interborough parkwayin queens, NY and going around a turn to the right, rear end fishtailed to the left. Felt as if vehicle lost control.
Equipped with towing package and without ever having towed a trailer or heavy usage/weight in the rear, the rear springs are sagging, causing front lights to rise and irritate other drivers and excessive wear on tires.
Whenever turning vehicle to right, the sway bar would make clunking noise. Vehicle would sway back & forth. Took to dealer and had it road tested. Put on rack & notice problems with sway bar & had it repaired.
A stud in the sway bar link assembly, was installed upside down and not torqued properly allowing nut to work loose and fail allowing assembly to fall completely free from vehicle.
Low sped impact to left rear caused rollover. Ne-and one-half rotations, coming to rest on its roof. Passenger's side window shattered, causing partial ejection of 11-year -old passenger, crushing his skull and killing child. Two other passengers were injured.
