vehicle will idle up then down cant leave it running cause it will stall out,and when u stop at a light and have ur foot on the break the vehicle wants to take off cause its idling to dam high am not even sure if am saying all this right,,,,

Everytime i started the car it stuttered and then would sound like it had a timing problem. When i brought it in, they said the timing was great, but the spark plugs were bad. so they fixed that and upped the idle speed.
