95 Explorer Actuator Valve Problems - A lot of Explorers have this problem, here is a possible solution. The Actuator Valves determine whether hot or cold air is let through to the vents, if it is stuck in either cold or hot, it will blow that temperature constantly
My Explorer has a little over 100,000 it is a 1995 model Limited V8. The heater does not blow hot air when turned on. this happened last year and everything checks out on the vehicle that says the heater should work. I think it is a vent flap that is not switching over? Any help would be nice.
