The vehicle was taken back to the second dealer, where the driver's and passenger's side catalytic converters were replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and offered monetary compensation; however, the contact stated that the monetary compensation was not adequate to correct the persistent failure. The failure mileage was approximately 11,000.
