So, after "fixing" the issue in February, the first time I take a trip, the transmission does it again. Drops out of gear when accelerating. Very scary on the highway when this happens. I had a friend tell me her 2020 Expedition did the same thing as well as her Aunt's car. Seems like Ford has a problem on their hands that they don't want to deal with.
When accelerating at high speed, the car would kick into neutral leaving you in the passing lane and not accelerating. Very scary. Took to dealership and was told there wasn't anything wrong. Then after complaining, they finally found a problem and recalibrated the transmission.
