Car shifts hard when I put it into reverse and then twice when I was slowing down to come to a right hand turn the car completely stalled out and stopped while driving. Luckily, I was already going slow, so I was able to come to a complete stop, put the car back into park and restart the car. On the screen the autostart button came on so I thought it had to do with that system. The dealership says it is the battery and water pump and are covering repairs, but I don't think the two are related! Don't know how the car stalling and shutting off while driving has to do with a battery and water pump? Plus, the hard shifting has nothing to do with those either. That is the transmission which they say is fine. It is fine until it isn't and I have to get a new vehicle!
