alternator went out

Continued having issues with my car loosing power and coming close to shutting off. Was in drop off line for my kids at the school and it started loosing power again. I'd have to put car in park and restart, got to stop sign and it went out. This time the normal park and restart wouldn't work. This was after alternator was tested and said it was fine and we spent over $200 on a battery. Had to have car towed from school zone, quite embarrassing. Was told by ford that it was my alternator and it needed to be replaced but was no longer under warranty. Along with some other issues with rear axel that needed to be fixed. Paid the money for work to be completed only to start having issues again a few months after.
