The APIM failed randomly one day. This resulted in the touchscreen going black and all features/functionality controlled through the touchscreen becoming unavailable. This meant no reverse camera, limited AC controls (only those with physical dials on dash), and no navigation. Ford dealer replaced the APIM for a little over $900.
