We have had this vehicle for four months and had it in the shop more than we have driven it. All problems have been dangerous, like shutting down in the middle of the road. This time we were driving less than 30mph when my husband pushed the brake peddle - and it would not push down. The brake system failure light came on and a few others. God was looking out because we were able to coast to a stop and pull the e-brake.
We had it towed to the dealership - the lights were out when they got it and they can’t get it to replicate this failure. They said when they pulled the codes, a vacuum failure came up, but they are having problems finding the cause. It’s terrifying to know they don’t know how to fix it when it’s such a dangerous problem. We like the vehicle, it seems sturdy, but there are some major problems that no one seems to know how to fix.
