The contact owns a 2010 Ford Expedition. While driving 70 mph on a rainy day water was leaking in from the back rear window. The contact stated the water impaired her vision. She stated she had to pull over to the side of the road and clean the rear window. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer on several occasions, the dealer has adjusted the window and replaced the seal once. The manufacture stated they have no fix for the problem and they will not take the vehicle back. The failure mileage was 8,900 and the current mileage was 22,681.
