The contact owns a 2010 Ford Expedition. The contact test drove another 2010 Expedition vehicle and noticed that the head restraint was positioned where her head and chin is hitting her chest. Ford let her know that the 2010 vehicle will be different where now she has to position it where she can observe traffic in an uncomfortable position. She has experienced pain to her neck and chest. The dealer was contacted and they stated that they could not make an modifications since they were not approved for the safety standards. The failure mileage was 2 and the current mileage was 5800. The contact owns a 2010 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that the front driver and passenger head rests are at an acute angle. This angle disabled the occupants from being properly positioned in the seats. He notified the manufacturer; however, he was advised by a representative that the angle was the normal design of the vehicle. The failure mileage was 3 and the current mileage was 154.
