To have this fixed I would have paid hundreds for a new junction box that would probably go bad again. The turn signal flashes fast, but it flashes so I left it alone. What it also indicates is a electrical problem with the entire vehicle. Water/Moisture in the wiring harness causes a variety of problems. I have started parking car out of rain, don't drive in rain unless necessary and keep electronics turned off. Radio and CD player run until battery is dead after key is taken out. Other intermittent problems that all seem to be related to water entry.
