Appears that Ford installed in many models spark plugs that stick in the manifold and break into pieces while attempting to remove. Unless you have the special removal tool, it could cost almost $1,000 at your local dealer to remove. If you do attempt to remove the spark plugs, I suggest a search of YouTube on how to do it!! Upon further investigation a class action suit was filed against Ford for this issue. Unfortunately, the time to apply had expired and since the truck was bought used I was unable to file a claim. Another blatant screw-up by Ford that they should have paid for!!!
