We turned off our Ford Expedition to go get the mail at the Post Office and when we tried to start it, the auto theft light came on and it wouldn't start. We tried the back up key set and that didn't work either. We had it towed to the dealer and it took them 11 days to fix it and cost us over $500. Plus they just jerry-rigged the wiring which has now caused trouble with the head lights as well. Ford refuses to take responsibility.
