The contact owns a 2008 Ford Expedition. The second row seat's headrests in the upright position have the foam facing forward and the plastic facing the rear. During abrupt stops, a passenger's head would strike the plastic instead of the foam. The contact believed that this was a manufacturer defect. He returned to Ford and they discovered that all of the headrests were installed in reverse. The current and failure mileages were 237. *updated 12/12/07 updated 12/12/07
