July 2 2013 Me and my Family went to drop off my car for a service at Southbay ford Lincolm, i asked to be dropped off at the nearest mall which me or my family usually do instead of waiting at the dealer. When i recieved the call that the car is already ready for picked up i called Frank and asked him if we can get picked up already but he said "we never do pick ups" surprise to my knowledge since ive been goin here couple of times and i even got drop off at my house and picked up too, and never had a problem and he said that there were sign at the service area and me nor my wife seen one. My wife took some picture to show there's nothing posted regarding no pick up. if ive know i would have not taken my family nor leave the dealer. I asked for a higher person and he transfered me to Dindo and explained him the situation and instead of helping me out he said " Then you should get your car service some other dealer" Completely shocked on what i heard...since i have service my car there and even bought my car directly from there i was really disappointed on how he answered. Eventually they picked us up about 45 mins...as we came back my wife went to the waiting area and to the drop off area and even to the main area... there is no sign at all! My wife saw the Mission statement you guys have infront of the front desk and it states there that Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service at all times, but it seems like its not what it is....and your commitment is to create lifelong relationship?! My wife and I was just thinking probably Frank was too pressuring me to get some more service on my car and when i said "NO" and didnt get the extra services he treat me like less. We were looking forward to getting a new car end of this year but as what Dino Coreal said we have to get it somewhere else... Too disappointed that we got our car here and this is how we got treated! In all my years of doing business with so many companies I have never ever been so treated like this...
