Driving my wife noticed the tire pressure light come on. Once she was able to get over she noticed that air was leaking from the tire valve. Upon further inspection, we noticed that all the valves were cracked and defective.
The contact owns a 2007 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that the vehicle's alarm sounded, which indicated that the tire pressure was low. He placed air in the tires, but the tire pressure did not increase. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they discovered that the tire valve stems (TR414) were also defective. The valve stems were replaced. The manufacturer stated that they would reimburse the contact for the replacement costs. The current and failure mileages were 183,000.
